Tru-Form Construction, Inc. boasts a long list of successfully completed construction projects in the both Black Hills area and beyond.  Because of our quality workmanship and timely project completion, we have compiled a long list of satisfied and repeat clients.  Below, we’ve showcased just a few of the successful projects that we’ve completed under both local and state entities.

North Creek Drive: Sitework

This project included excavation, grading, and site concrete for a new commercial building at the corner of E Anamosa Street and North Creek Drive in Rapid City. The project was completed for Century Development. Tim Birmeier oversaw all phases of our portion of the work.

10081 Ventura Lane: Colored Stamped Concrete Patio

This project consisted of adding an additional 7′ x 5.5′ colored & stamped concrete pad to an existing patio we installed in 2011. This residence has had Tru-Form Construction perform three different colored stamped concrete patio installations over the last 3 years. All three were completed by our talented foreman, Joe Leon.

Muth Electric: Install 4' Drain Pan

This project consisted of installing a 130 foot long drainage pan through the parking lot at the Muth Electric office and storage yard. The project was completed for B&H Asphalt as part of a contract they procured with the property owners to fix portions of the parking lot.

SSA - Rushmore Mall: Remove Planter and Install Concrete

This project consisted of removing an existing CMU planter and reinstalling 4″ concrete sidewalk in it’s place. Because of the nature of this project, Tru-Form was heavily involved in aiding the design of the handicap accessible areas of the walkway. Some design changes were necessary to ensure ADA compliance throughout.

Black Hawk Sanitary District: Repair Curb & Gutter and Sidewalks

This project consisted of removing and reinstalling approximately 40 linear feet of curb and gutter and curbside sidewalk that had sank and disintegrated due to traffic and water runoff.

Discount Lumber: Install 4' Drain Pan

This project consisted of installing a 141 foot long drain pan along the west side of Discount Lumber to aid with water drainage. The work was performed for B&H Asphalt.
