A Brief History

Tru-Form Construction, Inc. was established in 1995 by Matthew Leon and Jon LaFramboise. The company first became well-known for successfully completing concrete paving and rehab projects under other local contractors.

From there, TFC began to secure many concrete construction projects for both businesses and municipal entities. Today, TFC has extended its capabilities into other areas of the commercial and governmental construction markets, heading both large scale street projects and small-scale commercial building projects.

What was once a small operation of two now employs a year-round average of twenty to forty full-time laborers, tradesmen, equipment operators, and supervisors. TFC has also expanded in recent years to include four full-time administrative employees to handle payroll, customer service, and estimation/project management.

Jon Patrick LaFramboise, passed away at 58 years old on Saturday, March 12, 2022 in the Sierra Madre mountains of Wyoming doing what he loved.
